A while ago I posted this innocent question on Linkedin:

'If you could go back and tell yourself one thing at the start of your career based on what you now know, what would that be?'

I even wrote a quick post about it back then as some early advice was trickling in. Now, we have over 400 comments across several Linkedin Groups, here is one of the more commented threads

The real focus is about self trust, going with your gut, listening to your instinct. However you name it, it's about being confident that deep down you know what you need to know, and have everything that you need.

What would you go back and tell yourself now, if you could?
